Our specialty coffee is 100% Arabica from Mexico, Colombia and Costa Rica. Our beans are certified organic and freshly roasted here in Brisbane by our wonderfully fanatical boutique roaster.
Every day, he monitors hundreds of variables and tweaks our blend to get the most out of our organic crop. From natural variances in each season, weather patterns impacting our partner farms, to the careful transport of our high quality green beans… and then the art of roasting, profiling, blending and resting begins.
A black art indeed.
The result? A beautifully full bodied and well balanced coffee with a chocolatey, caramel undertone.
